Vintage botanical illustration of an orchid tree (Amherstia nobilis), also known as 'pride of Burma'.
The original illustration was made by Madame Berthe Hoola van Nooten for a 19th century book portraying exotic tropical flowers, fruits and plants from the island of Java. Digitally restored and cleaned.
