Homecoming - magical seascapes from the Seven Seas by illustrator and writer Moira Risen.
'On a misty, late Sunday afternoon a ship with her crew finally returns to her hometown after spending years away on sea. Nobody but a flock of gulls sees them and guides them as they sail along the rocky shore to the peaceful, sleepy little village.
This image is one of the 12 pieces of my series titled Sailing Seven Seas, inspired by ancient legends, myths and tales about the ocean. '
